Kate Enros

Executive Director, Labour Relations

Kate is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the University’s labour relations function and for fostering constructive, collaborative relationships between the University and its many unions. As the University’s Chief Negotiator, she oversees collective bargaining and promotes progressive labour relations practices. Kate oversees a team of Labour Relations professionals who advise divisional human resources offices in resolving complex labour relations matters, provide direct support to academic units in the administration of the University’s agreements with CUPE 3902, and lead or support collective bargaining. Kate has more than 25 years of experience with the University of Toronto, where she has held a range of roles in human resources, labour relations, and faculty relations.

Erin Jackson

Assistant Vice-President, University HR

Erin has more than 25 years of experience at the University of Toronto, having held a variety of roles within HR, most recently as the University’s Assistant Vice-President, University HR & Chief Human Resources Officer. She provides strategic leadership and oversight for the University’s administrative HR function within the Division of People, Finance & Digital Services. She leads an institutional team of HR professionals who support the full employee lifecycle for 20,000+ administrative employees across the University and, in some cases, aspects of the employee lifecycle for academic employees. Erin oversees HR service delivery across 13 divisional HR teams, driving consistency, quality, and operational effectiveness. She also advises senior leadership on workforce-related strategy, risk, and change.

Donna Kidwell

Chief Information Officer

Donna is passionate about empowering people through technology and is deeply committed to digital trust. She has spent over 35 years in IT, spanning sectors and geographies and tackling roles as divergent as software consultant, entrepreneur, Director of an innovation lab (University of Texas at Austin) and inaugural Chief Information Security and Digital Trust Officer (Arizona State University). At U of T, Donna leads a multifaceted team responsible for facilitating the delivery of IT services, supporting innovative learning and research, and leading digital trust and cybersecurity efforts across three campuses.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Science, Technology Commercialization, both from The University of Texas at Austin. She has a Doctorate in Business Administration through the Ecole de Management in Grenoble, France.

Jeff Lennon

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Lennon has worked in the Ontario postsecondary education sector since 2007 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the University of Toronto. In this role, he directs the University’s overall financial management, reporting processes, financial services, internal controls, investment and endowment management policies, financial information systems, and procurement policies. Prior to his current role, he was the University’s Assistant Vice-President of Planning & Budget.


Jeff joined the university in 2012 after spending five years working with university and college sector funding policy and programs with the Ontario Government. Prior to his work with the postsecondary education sector, Jeff worked abroad with the United Nations Refugee Agency and as a civil engineer in Toronto. He holds degrees from McMaster University and the University of Waterloo.
